Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made through the Phunplan platform. By clicking "Make Payment" and completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Cancellation Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1 No Cancellations or Changes After Booking

All bookings on Phunplan are final once confirmed. It is not possible to cancel a booking or make any changes — including date, time, or participant count — after checkout and payment have been completed.

We strongly encourage you to review all activity details carefully before proceeding with payment.

2 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, no-shows, or personal schedule conflicts. A refund will only be considered in the following circumstances:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days via Flutterwave.

3 Issues & Disputes

If something went wrong with your booking, please report it within 24 hours of the scheduled activity time. You can do this via Profile → Report an Issue in the app, or by emailing us at support@phunplan.com with your booking reference.

Our team will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
